Web Software Engineer (Albuquerque, NM)
Motivated, self-starting software engineer to work on the development of a next-generation web-based Court Case Management System. The ability to effectively work across departments in a collaborative work environment is required. This position will draw heavily on your ability to gather and clearly capture requirements, develop clean, easy-to-maintain code and troubleshoot complex problems. Experience with web-based technologies like HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript is highly desirable. Knowledge of Java and/or relational databases is a plus.

Court Specialist (Albuquerque, NM)
Court Specialists work under the direction of the Product Manager/Senior Court Specialist to provide training and support for Court Case Management Software to new and existing clients. Candidates must have experience working in a Court and have a thorough understanding of court operations, as they may be called upon to offer recommendations and suggestions to help the court adopt new procedures in order to take full advantage of a new case management system. The candidate must be teachable, creative, personable, outgoing, able to work independently with little or no supervision, and should have the ability and willingness to sometimes work with difficult people in stressful situations. Good verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability and desire to travel for several days at a time.

In addition to providing training and support, the Court Specialist is a valuable resource to the development team, often providing direction and suggestions on how the application should function. The Court Specialist acts as a liaison between the court and developer to explain needed functionality in a clear and concise manner. The Court Specialist is often called upon to validate and test system functionality before it is released to the courts and to give feedback where necessary to the development team. While often working independently, the Court Specialist is a part of a team of Specialists and must be able to work as part of a group, collaborating on solutions to issues and new product development.

The Court Specialist also plays a very important role in the marketing and demonstration of the case management system. Court Specialists are called upon to assist with presentations to small and large groups in addition to responding to written Requests For Information and Requests For Proposal. For this reason, excellent presentation and writing skills are a must.
