Software Developer (Albuquerque, NM)
Justice Systems is looking for a motivated, self-starting, Software Developer to work on the development and maintenance of its web-based Court Case Management System in its Albuquerque, New Mexico, office.

Location: This position will work from our Albuquerque, New Mexico, office.

What You'll Do - What You Need
In this position you will have the opportunity to work with associates who have deep domain-expertise in nearly all specialties of court case management and judiciary operations. This position will draw heavily on your ability to gather and clearly capture requirements, develop clean easy-to-maintain code, identify and execute scenarios to test your code, troubleshoot complex production issues, and work to deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or certification in Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of work experience in technical solutions delivery (programming, configuration, builds or technical support).
  • Excellent development expertise. We are looking for passionate, aggressive engineers able to jump into any aspect of the development process.
  • Prior experience with Java, relational databases (SQL), and web-based technologies like Spring, AJAX, Javascript, Angular and responsive UI frameworks is required.
  • Prior experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) products and/or integration technologies is considered a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments in a collaborative work environment is required.

Software Testing Specialist (Albuquerque, NM)
Experienced software testing specialist to be part of the QA team for a web-based Court Case Management System. The qualified candidate should have at least 3 years of prior software testing experience with web-based applications and be capable of taking direction and working independently from minimal design documentation in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking/troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are required. The qualified candidate will work closely with developers, court specialists, and project managers so the candidate must be personable and able to communicate effectively verbally or in writing. Experience with test automation, XML, and Oracle/MSSQL databases are a plus.

IT Specialist / Technical Services Engineer (Albuquerque, NM)
Motivated, self-starting IT specialist to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. This position will provide internal IT support for Justice Systems (50%) and technical support services for customers of our advanced web-based applications (50%). The ability to effectively work across departments in a collaborative work environment is required. Qualified candidates should have prior experience with Linux, network communications/security, relational databases, virtualization, cloud computing, and web technologies. Prior experience with Office 365, Oracle, VMware, Amazon Web Services, and Tomcat is a plus.

Location: This position will work from our Albuquerque, New Mexico, office.

Manager, Technical Services (Albuquerque, NM)
Motivated, self-starting IT Manager to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. This position will manage internal IT services for Justice Systems (50%), technical support services for customers of our advanced web-based applications (40%), and manage a small team (3-4) of IT / Techncial Support specialists (10%). This is a hands-on IT position, with management responsibilities. The ability to effectively work across departments in a collaborative work environment is required. Qualified candidates should have prior experience with Linux, network communications/security, relational databases, virtualization, Amazon Web Services, and web technologies. Prior experience with Office 365, Oracle, VMware, Amazon Web Services, Tomcat, firewalls, load balancers, and PCI Data Security Standard is a plus.
